Some times our shelve items may require some modifications like changing the Wall thickness to a special requirements others than the normal standards, threading on the pipes, Changing the Face of the flanges,Bevelling on the Ends of pipes and fittings,OD/ID turning, Welding ETC.We have special technical team and technicians to take care of such jobs.We do have machineries to take care of such small Jobs,If it requires more precise measurements where the needs of CNC machine is required then we outsource the jobs to with any ARAMCO Fabrication company.
Coating &
Cladding Services.
We do different type of coating on the piping materials like Hot Dip Galvanizing, FBE coating ,3LPE,cladding ETC.Our Experience quality team is fully aware of the coating specifications and requirements of all the major clients in GCC.We follow special transporting methods for the coated pipes and fittings so that coating is fully protected of any damage during transit.We have close association with major coating companies like APCO and Al Qahthani pipe coating company to take care coating jobs.
Color Coding &
Special Marking.
Some of the clients follow Color coding system on the materials which help them to identify different grade of materials easily at project site. Also if there is any special coding system to follow on the materials we can do the same. Our operation team if fully understand and takes care of these requirements when customer requested..
